I, too, am a Windows Mobile/Exchange user (once your whole life syncs wirelessly can you ever go back?), and have been anxiously awaiting Verizon's new offerings. Count me less than impressed.

While I've always had pretty good coverage with Verizon (and I've been on Verizon since about 2001), I've had a string of nightmarish customer service experiences. And their new line-up just doesn't do it for me. The real question for me is, can I afford to switch to another service provider when I can call 75% of my friends, colleagues and coworkers and family in-network for free?

If only the iPhone supported Exchange... and wasn't on AT&T... and a whole bunch of other stuff...
