Most of the time you're already in pain from a headache or simply ill with something else. Your hands start to grow and feel extremely heavy; sometimes your head feels like it's growing, causing you to have to rest it on something. And, it can be quite scary when it happens.  It's probably so hot right now because it's probably more common than people think.
